Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson or package with Success Sidekik, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Lesson Packages

• Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Unused lessons after the 6-month period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• It is your responsibility to schedule all package sessions within the valid time period.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly.

3. Lateness & No-Shows

• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
• In the case of a no-show, the session cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Communication & Support

• If you are experiencing a genuine emergency or technical issue, please contact me as soon as possible. While exceptions are rare, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• All communication should be respectful and professional.

5. Updates to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the booking platform and services constitutes your acceptance of the current terms.
